By accessing or using Rasoyo (operated by Rasoyo, a venture of The Imaginations), you agree to these Terms.
Rasoyo is a marketplace connecting customers with verified caterers. Rasoyo is not the preparer of food; actual catering service is delivered by the listed caterer. Rasoyo provides verification, escrow, dispute arbitration, and insurance backing.
All bookings are confirmed when the advance (typically 20–30%) is deposited into Rasoyo's escrow account. Balance payments follow the schedule in the digital contract. GST is charged per applicable law.
Customer cancellations 30+ days before: full refund minus processing fee. 15–30 days: 75% refund. 7–15 days: 50% refund. Within 7 days: subject to caterer's procurement status. Force majeure reviewed case-by-case.
Maintain active FSSAI licence, insurance, food-safety standards, and honor booking commitments. Caterer no-show results in full customer refund + penalty to caterer.
All disputes are first routed to Rasoyo arbitration (powered by Samjota), resolved within 72 hours. Jurisdiction: Surat, Gujarat, India.
Rasoyo's liability is limited to the event value or ₹1 crore, whichever is lower, except where greater liability is statutorily required.
These Terms may change with 14 days' notice. Continued use after notice period constitutes acceptance.
